Echo Shiloh's Puppy Application

    This form is designed to ask questions in order to help you and Echo Shilohs decide if a Shiloh Shepherd is the right breed for you.
    We will help you select the right puppy for you. We will be/have been  watching the puppy’s behavior, personality and temperament. Around 8 weeks of  age, we conduct a litter evaluation, evaluating the puppies for temperament,  conformation and movement. The information on this form helps us get to know a little bit about you, so that proper puppy placement can occur. We urge you  to be very honest with us about yourself and your home life, as these puppies rely on us to find the very best homes for them. Where one puppy may be  perfect in a busy household, another may panic and need a quiet home. We have found that Shiloh Shepherds, indeed, have their own personalities and needs.  Please feel free to add anything to this application that will help us determine what you are looking for in a Shiloh Shepherd.
If you would like to be added to our list for a puppy, or a specific upcoming litter, please enclose a $400.00 deposit, or prepayment along with this completed questionnaire. Note that payment is nonrefundable. It is only refundable if we cannot find a puppy that meets your needs within three years time. Shipping fees are $550 (for an 8 week old puppy), this includes airfare, airline approved shipping crate, microchip implantation, first round of vaccinations, de-wormings, Veterinary Health Certificate, and transportation to airport.  Final payment is due two weeks prior to the Litter Evaluation. You will be given the date of the Litter Evaluation one month after pups are whelped. Please feel free to call or email with any questions you may have.
